Eric Franklin is a seasoned real estate professional with nearly 40 years of diverse experience in sales. After serving 8 years in the military (go army!) he began his professional work, including sales in a variety of industries, specifically real estate, mortgage, logistics, and construction materials. Eric is fluent in both English and Spanish, and enjoys helping his clients put the puzzles together.

Originally licensed in Washington in 1990 and now in Oregon, Eric specializes in serving contractors and individuals seeking to build. His focus includes new construction, raw property development, and finance. 

Beyond his professional endeavors, Eric’s hobbies include sport officiating for football, basketball and football. He also enjoys woodworking and construction, one of his favorite places to hangout being on the deck he built with his wife, Diane.
